They misdiagnosed our dog with a cyst on her leg that was causing her to limp and recommended ultrasound imagining and referred us to another banfield location. The other location ended up not being equipped with what she needed so we had to take her to a specialty clinic for orthopedic care and there she was diagnosed with a torn crucial ligament that required surgery to fix. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating as some of the care recommendations ended up prolonging the issue she was having from getting fully diagnosed and caused unnecessary suffering and pain. Needless to say we will not be taking our pets to this location again.

We had him neutered here and were very happy with the care he received. UNFORTUNATELY, in the last couple of years this place has gone down hill. BEWARE the "drop off" appointments where they will have you drop off your pet to "monitor" them in a cage for 8 hours. After the 8 hours or so called monitoring, they will call and ask if they should perform any tests on him to address your initial concerns...We dropped off our 11 year old pup here, he was left in a cage for 8 hours and then one x ray was done on him. Then they call and say their doctor cannot read x-rays and that they will have to be sent out to a specialist to actually interpret them. Needless to say, we paid hundreds of dollars for NO answers to our concerns. I hate leaving these kind of reviews, but I know other people who love their animals will appreciate the honesty. They book 20 appointments at the same time so they can compound their revenue at the expense of the quality of care they offer. I would save time, energy and money and go to Northwest Animal Hospital. Most affordable and QUALITY care in the area!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
