  Been using the Moline Petco for 15 years. They always have what I need. Store isn’t bright shiny and new, but it is always clean and organized.

  Shiz-tzu continued! Hair cut in mid December. Now end of March. Her hair has been coming out in clumps for OVER 3 Months! They have glue on the skin end... Massive amounts! I beleive she badly cut her ears and stopped the bleeding with glue! And tried to keep some of her hair glued on to hide it. It's so ridiculous, but it's the only explanation that makes sense. Finally in past week with most of glued on hair gone, I can see. At first, it was so sore she would not let us touch them. The cut was so awful people here at Christmas laughed and asked what happened. We were so mad, I had to calm down to write this without cursing! To top it off, she had the nerve to charge EXTRA. What she should have done is apologize & let it be free! Nope she charged $90 for the extra trouble. Wish I knew her name. She definitely should be FIRED, at the very least. I still want a sincere apology and my money back!

  Brought my shih-tzu here in December 2025 for a hair cut. I usually trim her myself, but was short on time . Cost was supposed to be $60 or $65. The girl took 1 1/2 hr longer than I was told it would be. When we picked her up, she looked AWFUL! 1/4 to 1/3 of the hair on the back side of her ears was cut off. I specifically told her NOT to cut hair on ears or tail. When she saw the disapproving look on our faces, she quickly said, "She constantly tried to bite me. I'm not allowed to muzzle dogs, but she needs one!" Our dog was very upset and her ears were very painful! We could not touch them for a out

  I would like to acknowledge and praise just how helpful the workers were today when I came in. I was unsure of what to get in regards to replacing the components of my Betta Fish filter and the workers were beyond informative and helpful. I left feeling like I had been taught useful knowledge and the employees who helped me seemed to genuinely care about the wellbeing of the animals and helping me find what I needed. Thank you! I will be back!

  Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked up the wrong bag of kibble, staff helped make the exchange.
