- ADAnthony DePippoJul 7, 20254.0I used the vax clinic in Richmond making my appointment online was easy and on the day of my appt the line moved along at a steady pace just keep in mind that it can take 20 minutes to a half hour. my only suggestion is they need better signage as to where the check in station is as some people missed that and after standing in line for 25 plus minutes they had to get out of line go to the check in station and start over.
