The girl on the register was dressed for valentines and super friendly. She helped me and one of the people behind me with crickets and she seems like she tries hard to remember her customers and what they get and say to her. Give her a raise cause she’s a gem.

First I need to say that normally this petco is great. BUT there has been a lot of turnover and understaffing issues. There have been times when there are only one or two staff members in the store and it’s nearly impossible to get help or check out in any swift fashion. Aside from that, the people that do work here are pretty helpful. I didn’t want to leave an iffy review and not acknowledge that I can tell those that care- care a lot. Thank you.
