  My dog Letty loves all the friendly faces here, she typically has no issues going right in or walking with the vet techs, especially her favorite Deja who is fantastic and so sweet with her and her nervous mama.

  I really had high hopes for Green Trail. I brought my furbaby April here in February. The receptionist is so amazing! It did seem they were really eager to have me sign off on the estimated charges for the visit. My concern is the fact that I received a call regarding my cats blood work. I was told she’s in early stages of CKD. The person who called to give me her results couldn’t answer any of my questions. I’ve never been contacted by the vet to follow up or ask if I had any questions. It’s been almost two months and still nothing. Unfortunately that has made me very weary about returning here for future service for her or her brother. I’m grateful I found another vet whom I feel very comfortable with. If I went to the Dr and was diagnosed with a disease or condition. I would hope I would receive the news from the Dr so they could answer my questions. I wouldn’t be happy receiving results from a staff member that couldn’t answer my questions. Being told to just switch to a prescription diet and to return in a few months for a new blood test isn’t comforting. A call to just check in and follow up would’ve been appreciated. Just my personal opinion on my experience with their service.

  My mom recommended Green Trails and it was such a great experience! It is my husband’s and I’s first puppy so this was all new. My puppy was nervous coming into the room but all of the staff made him comfortable with treats. I also got lots of helpful information on vaccines, neutering, etc. thank you!

  The vets and staff are very caring and compassionate and competent. They have cared for three of our fur babies and I felt like a better caregiver with their support.

  If you are no longer going to do neutering that is completely fine. But don't string me along for multiple appointments promising that you would call me to schedule it. I finally got tired of waiting so I called them and was told they no longer offer that service. I would have preferred if you would have just told me that from the beginning instead of stringing me along for multiple appointments. Now I have to start this whole process over with another vet.
