- AGAswathy GeorgeDec 26, 20251.0Business oriented facility and will squeeze out your money.My pet was getting ordered for unleastic blood work so frequently and was told if I don't agree to take the blood works, the doc will not order the medicine needed. I found another non profit facility,even though little far away,I am happy that the doc and the caregivers there cares much more than here and don't push you to take unnecessary blood work. Am advising my neighbors and friends in Lisle not to waste money in this facility.
- SGShane GormanDec 12, 20251.0This place is very manipulative and came off very salesy. They will push off things that are scheduled to make you come back for sooner visits. For example, we had a rabies shot scheduled on a date they recommended and when we showed up on that date, they said they don’t feel comfortable giving the rabies shot for another 3 weeks, for no good reason. Our puppy needed one other shot so he only received that one. Then, we asked a question about our puppy’s ears. And without even asking, looked into the ear with a scope and swab for 20 seconds total, and charged us an extra $65 dollars to say it was just ear wax. Then, they said they will send us home with some ear cleaner making it seem like it was a free sample and we got charged an extra $40ish. On top of it all, they tried to have us not get a printed receipt and that we would be “sent one later.” After it was all said and done, a $50 shot turned into a $200 visit. This place cares more about nickels and dimes than it does cats and dogs. Last time we will ever be back.

Reno is a rescue and requires a heavy sedation regimen just to make it through the door. Despite these challenges, the entire staff is always incredibly patient, kind, and supportive on what can often be tough days. After many difficult experiences at other clinics, I can honestly say Green Trails has been a breath of fresh air. The level of care, compassion, and knowledge here is unmatched. I highly recommend Green Trails. You and your pet will receive nothing less than 5-star treatment.

Everyone here is amazing, professional and friendly! Not only do I love them but our pups do too! Highly recommend!

Realizing that the staff may have changed through the years, but the quality and care our pets have received has not. My dogs have been challenging at times, I have too. Diagnosis and treatment has not always been easy. They help us find answers and treat us all with kindness. Fair and competitive pricing as well.
