- MDMJ DDec 5, 20202.0Honestly not sure why this place has so many great reviews. The reviews on Yelp are a more accurate depiction of the experience here. My kitty had an infection around her claw so I brought her in. They looked at it and gave her a shot of antibiotics and then asked me how I thought it happened and showed no interest or care in helping me figure it out after I responded that I wasn't sure. I misplaced the ointment they prescribed to me and called to get it replaced and whoever I was talking to on the phone was very cold and unwelcoming. The building is old and doesn't seem very clean, and no one was particularly super friendly- even the cat that is roaming around freely was not very nice. It feels like the kind of place where they only care about the dollar signs and not you or your animal. I took my cat to Thrive Affordable Vet Care in Arlington Heights and had such a pleasant experience for almost half the price. Save your money and go there instead!
