  My dogs love going here and the techs are awesome with my dogs nail trim. Very friendly and the doctors are awesome with the pets.

  Ridge Animal Clinic with Dr. Katsalis leading the way, has always been there for our sweet Beagle, Henry. Henry has some health issues which Dr. Katsalis keeps a close eye on making sure he has the proper diet, medication, testing and vax needed to keep him in good health. The staff is great - they always are there to help us with our needs for Henry. Henry and Dr. Katsalis have a special relationship together - dogs know when they are loved.   Staff is friendly, gentle with my dog, everyone listens to my concerns, then they recommend the best process to take. Because of Ridge Animal hospital, my dog os healthy and happy.

  I have been a client of Ridge Animal Clinic for 15 years. I am disappointed in how they handled the euthanasia of my dog. I was surprised at how unsympathetic the vet was. First, we were put in a room where we had to wait 45 minutes. This caused my dog to be extremely distressed nervous and scared. My husband and I both found it difficult to keep waiting. After putting in her catheter, the vet tech brought her back in the room wearing a muzzle. My dog has never worn a muzzle and was scared. We had to hold her down while the anesthetic was administered. It was not a peaceful transition. My dog was traumatized as was I. I don't think I can.go back there.
