    Very pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly and nurse Merrit was super helpful and patient as well as Dr. Alvi made the experience in whole super easy. Definitely will come back!

    From the first time I came here with my dog, Toby, I knew I had to be back. I often get very nervous about going to the doctor myself. I get even more nervous about where my fur babies go. I always look for a place where we feel welcome, where the staff aren't just there to work, but to help. I have brought Toby more than twice already and each time has been amazing. Today I brought my cat, King. I've been meaning to bring him for a while now for his first check up, but unfortunately we came in over a little emergency. From making the appointment to getting King checked, and even paying.. my experience at this Vetco has always been great. I made the call in the morning to see if they could get him in and I was given an appointment right away. We were welcomed in and even though I was very anxious, the staff made me feel better. Jaylyn asked for all of King's information and even took note of other concerns I had. Before committing to any care plan, she made sure I was okay with the price. Every time there's a change or additional charge, she checks in again. This really alleviates the pressure and worry of being able to pay for the visit. Jaylyn made sure to have the doctor take a look at my other concerns and came back with a few suggestions. She's always has great suggestions and/ or tips. King came back to me and he was very calm. Dr. Griffin was very patient in answering all of my questions and was very informative. They were even able to get a nail trim in! She said King did a great job. King is very particular with who he let's close and knowing he did great really tells me the whole team was very sweet to him to the point he knew they were just trying to help. I am very happy his first visit went very well. The whole team was amazing and you can tell that they just want the best for our pets. The excitement they have when they see our pets really reassures us that our pets are in the best hands. Thank you to the whole team! -- King getting belly rubs and resting😇
