  Dr Powers was honest and amazing in working with our dog that had a tumor of some sort. She educated us and did not push for any unnecessary tests or added expense.

  My experience at the killdeer Banfield was great! I felt comfortable and confident that my pet Penny was in in great hands. Thank you Dr.Park and staff for taking care of Penny.

  This is a very good location. Much better than Mt Prospect. MP had a number of things wrong on my acct and never corrected it. This location rectified everything.

  This was one of the worst experiences of my life on a day that was virtually impossible to my family and I. We had to put our beloved dog Reggie down and although the assisting staff was a kind group of young ladies, Dr. Park (the one euthanizing my dog) was the most unprofessional and honestly disgusting person for this job. She was terrible at describing how to prep our dog in a way where he wouldn’t hit his head falling to the side when she gave him the first part of euthanasia. While explaining that first drug she also felt the need to mention that this was the drug that they used on Michael Jackson. Read the room lady. Then a series of giggles were expressed aloud while he was being administered drugs to go rest in heaven. I am so ashamed that this was our beloved puppies send off. He deserved so much better. I warn everyone, please no matter how much money this place may save you, do not have this be the way your pets are sent off. YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE. Dr. Park makes a living off euthanizing dogs and was an embarrassment to this profession. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one uses this places’ services cause I guarantee you that I care more about your animals(whom I don’t know) than this soulless Dr. Park. RIP REGGIE you deserved a way better send off I’m so sorry buddy

  The 2 instances I had with this Vet at this location have been unhelpful, frustrating and I leave empty handed and he really just seems to want to make money with unnecessary procedures. With both of my cats all he seemed to recommend was biopsies that would have caused much trauma to both of them. I went to see other Banfield vets and called an ER hotline and their plan care was complete opposite. I tried to avoid this location but my cat was hurt and he was the first one available. I left with no plan of care on what to do with an open wound on one of his paws and all he told me was "let's do a biopsy on both front paws." Thankfully I got squeezed into another Banfield Vet that gave me answers and a plan of what to do without causing any trauma to my kitties.
