My dog stayed there 4 hours to not get either bath or haircut. I ask them if you couldn't complete the services why will you keep him for hours. And when I pick him up she stated she rinse him and cut his nails. And that cost me $60 with no haircut. Very unhappy 🙁 ☹️

It seems her cut was either rushed or wasn’t payed close attention to details on the cut. She also keeps chasing her tail; I was told that the cut around her butt was too close. Bella had uneven long parts hanging from one ear and other uneven parts on her legs. I don’t like that the pay was requested at the register before I even got a chance to see my dogs. I would not have given the tips as I did.
