I had a very disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic.
My first visit went well, my cat had a health check and vaccinations, and everything seemed fine. The main reason I chose this clinic, however, was to have my cat neutered.
I scheduled the surgery and waited for about a month. Then, just a few days before the procedure, I received a message saying that they no longer had a doctor available to perform the surgery. Instead of offering a solution, they told me to call their other locations and reschedule on my own.
When I contacted another one of their clinics, I was told the earliest available appointment was in three more months. This is completely unacceptable after already waiting for a month.
This situation shows a lack of organization and responsibility toward clients. It is not the customer’s job to fix scheduling issues caused by the clinic.
I ended up finding another veterinary clinic, and I am much happier there. They are professional and take responsibility for their services instead of pushing problems onto clients.
I will not be returning.
First time at this Petco location. Set up well, but completely different than the OakLawn location I usually go to. I enjoyed what I saw, and was help when needed. A young woman with long braids, and a splash of blue ink her hair, whose name I fail to recall.
That's the good news. Bad news is I remembered my Debit was blocked from a Fraud Alert I had received that morning and had yet to investigate. Our Midland Federal Bank has great communication.

had a very disappointing experience at the grooming salon here.
I brought my dog in for a scheduled appointment, and from the start the interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. After a brief look at my dog, the groomer claimed he had ear infections in both ears and refused to proceed with the grooming.
This was extremely concerning, especially since my dog has never had ear issues and was not showing any symptoms. I later had his ears checked, and he does NOT have an ear infection so the claim made by the groomer was completely inaccurate.
It was very obvious she just didn’t want to deal with my dog and used that as an excuse to turn us away. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and incorrect assessment were very frustrating.
As a pet owner, I expect better care, accuracy, and respect when trusting someone with my dog. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all.

I ordered a big bag of dogfood, curbside pickup. I was out of town per a family emergency. I came to pick it up on the third day . I go to pick it up, I had the email that said ready for pickup. The customer service lady said the order was canceled. My payment went through but now is being sent back to my bank. There was no email stating the order was gonna be canceled. I will never go to this petco . I was so dissapointed in this poor service. This was a huge bag of dog food. Good thing Ive found a better place to buy my dog food, and way more healthy for my dogs , for a lower price!! Buyer be ware.. they cancel with no notice.
Although I Love the groomer Samantha who has groomed my dog before, the person who checked him in was diff. I think her name is Destiny. Bad attitude and def need retraining. I asked her why each time I come, why are charges increased and receiving same tx? Her response was , "prices just keep rising, it happens". I responded that doesn't make sense but she offered no other response Also stated because my dog doesn't like the blow dryer, the groomer has to take more time to brush manual. Thats about the craziest thing Ive ever heard. Thats part of rhe process so they need to figure it out. Just cra,y. I will not patronize a place like this location again.
