After talking with the receptionist Kiara she informed me that I would have to pay an extra $119 for an eye exam. I told her I would just have to do the regular exam today then since I spent over $250 yesterday on shots and rabies etc since that eye exam is free and then told me I no longer had that option because we were late. I told her we were 5mins late and asked what the grace period was and she said five minutes. I said we got here in 5 and then waited 10mins while you discussed why you couldn’t take another patient’s pet. I then asked could I speak with the doctor something was wrong. She told me it would be a long wait the doctor has appointments. However one had left and one canceled on the phone so I’m like the wait shouldn’t be that long. But here I’ve waited 50mins this is unprofessional

We appreciated the healthy, lickable treats they provided to distract our kitty from the not so comfortable parts of the exam. This has been the least stressful visit our cat has had with any vet these past 4 years. I was able to ask questions and everything was explained to me. I did not feel rushed. I'm so thankful for the positive experience because I really wanted to make the most of my vital care premium membership.
