The grooming itself was not done well, and I felt the experience was rushed and careless. Trust is extremely important when it comes to pets, and this visit left me disappointed and concerned.

THIS IS WRONG when we are already paying so much in grooming where my baby gets hurt!! Removal of the Material fee NEEDS to happen ASAP. I know I am NOT the only one complaining about this matter either.
