    The grooming department was so unprofessional I booked an appointment for my Dog for a bath and haircut. My dog stayed there 4 hours to not get either bath or haircut. I ask them if you couldn't complete the services why will you keep him for hours. And when I pick him up she stated she rinse him and cut his nails. And that cost me $60 with no haircut. Very unhappy 🙁 ☹️

    Missy’s ears weren’t trimmed at all; I had to come home and trim them. She also had long black hair hanging on one side of her chin, and I had to cut that. It seems her cut was either rushed or wasn’t payed close attention to details on the cut. She also keeps chasing her tail; I was told that the cut around her butt was too close. Bella had uneven long parts hanging from one ear and other uneven parts on her legs. I don’t like that the pay was requested at the register before I even got a chance to see my dogs. I would not have given the tips as I did.

    I’m unhappy with my experience at Petco. My dog did not receive the quality of care I expect when leaving them with a grooming service. The grooming itself was not done well, and I felt the experience was rushed and careless. Trust is extremely important when it comes to pets, and this visit left me disappointed and concerned.
