  MY DOG MADE 3YRS OLD THIS PAST OCTOBER. ASIDE FROM ONE TIME THIS HAS BEEN OUR ONLY LOCATION FOR GROOMING. I TOOK HIM 2 WEEKS AGO FOR A 1:45 APPNT AND I WAS TOLD THE SERVICE WOULD TAKE ABOUT 2 HRS. I GOT A CALL A LITTLE AFTER 3PM THINKING IT WAS TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS DONE BUT INSTEAD I WAS BEING TOLD THAT IN THE PROCESS OF SERVICING HIM WHILE CLIPPING HIS NAILS THAT HE WAS ACCIDENTALLY NICKED/CUT AND THAT IT CAUSED HIM TO BLEED AND AT THE MOMENT THE BLEEDING WOULDNT STOP. THE GROOMER THEN GOES ON TO SAY THAT MY DOG GOT REALLY ANTSY, CRYING AND TRIED TO BITE HIM AND THAT I NEEDED TO COME GET HIM IMMEDIATLY AND ALSO THAT HE WAS STILL DAMPED BECAUSE HE DIDNT COMPLETE DRYING HIM. HE INSISTED THAT MOVING FOWARD I TAKE MY DOG ELSE WHERE TO BE SERVICED. I JUST FELT THAT WAS A BIT UNFAIR SINCE HIS ANTSYNESS AND ATTEMPT TO BITE WAS BECAUSE HE HAD CUT HIS FOOT WHO WOUDLNT CRY BE ANTSY OR TRY BITING OR PROTECT THEMSELVES ONCE THEY FELT SCARED OR IN DANGER. I JUST DIDNT APPRECIATE HIMMAKING IT LIKE MY DOG WAS SOME MONSTER.. IF HE WAS INFACT AN ISSUE THEN HE WOULD OF CALLED WAY BEFORE AFTER 3. HE OBVIOUSLY HAD BEHAVED WELL FOR ALMSOT HIS WHOLE SESSION. I WILL BE LOOKING INTO SOME WHERE ELSE TO TAKE HIM FOR FUTURE BUT I STILL WANTED TO SHARE THIS NOT SO GREAT EXPERIENCE. AFTER ALL THAT I STILL LEFT THE GROOMER A TIP BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HOW WE WERE TREATED AND BEING TOLD TO FIND ANOTHER GROOMING OPTION. VERY unhappy with the professionalism and how the situation was handled.

  This store has really changed. First of all, the prices are ridiculously inflated. I couldn't even find a bag of dog treats under $15. Insanity! Employees are bottom of the barrel people, unkempt, unsanitary and uncouth. Everyone invites their friends in to shop and it's one big loud party. You will feel awful, just awful if you dare ask for help with anything. I did not feel SAFE here AT ALL. I swear there is some underground side business going on here. People speed through the parking lot and the store is filthy. I am grateful that they have rescue organization cats in front for adoption. I'm too afraid and disgusted to shop here anymore.

  Don’t book here. Go literally anywhere else. My two dogs (11 & 3) had appointments this morning at 8am. Upon arrival I was told that my 11 yr old was “too old” and therefore couldn’t be groomed because old dogs are “temperamental.” The technician then took my anxious 3 year old dog by immediately putting the leash on her neck, without any introduction or attempt to let my dog familiarize with her. Then proceeded to tell me “if your dog doesn’t come with me willingly I can’t take her.” She yanks her to the back, I walk out to my car and then a worker comes after me yelling that they can’t groom my dog because she won’t go in the kennel of her own accord.. I see none of this eligibility information listed on the website when going to book and I find this entire interaction to be of extremely poor customer service. Save your time and energy and book somewhere else.

  Very friendly and professional staff. They all made my pup fill very relaxed and the attention that was given to him was outstanding.
