PLEASE BE AWARE of the scamming groomers! -I waited over 20 minutes to check in, I thought okay it’s holiday season be patient. - I was originally scheduled for Sunday the 23 and was rescheduled to 24, okay no problem. I get it. - at check in I requested the haircut & bath $64 and we discussed what clipper size. NOTHING ELSE! I signed the form accordingly with the $5.99 material charge. -I asked the groomer about how long and she responded “it’s gonna be couple hours we’re busy” okay no problem again, I saw how busy they were. -At pickup, I was charged an upgraded $25??? I called back and left a message to get a call back from manager or groomer next day. -I called today and the store manager Janice said to come in, the “groomers sometimes make mistakes” and less than 30 mins later Samantha called me back saying they added this at check in. When I didn’t agree or ask for! - Samantha couldn’t justify why it was added. She said at first, I requested it (no I didn’t), then the groomer recommended using better shampoo (she didn’t call or talk to me before it), then that my dog was matted (he most definitely was not, but she also said Matting is $15 not 25???), then that the groomer spent more time with my dog (even tho they did a poor job of scheduling or over booked themselves? My dog is 12lb I always get him groomed without issue or overcharge). - I went into the store and asked to receive a copy of the form I signed and they denied that. They didn’t want me to see the form because they forged it! The document was wonky, it was cut off at the top, you can see they cut the form and made a copy to appear I had signed for all of it.they kept saying they can’t for legal reasons give me a copy let me take a photo. LEGALLY, it’s a consumer transaction that includes legal and financial authorization and I’m entitled to it. They didn’t even groom him correctly!!!
