After arriving early and getting in line,we waited 25 minutes for them to start calling names. It didn’t matter we were there first or that it was past our appointment time. When we tried to explain to the lady we had been in line she was extremely rude. Decided to take my dog elsewhere, didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to hear her try to upsell the person she let cut.
