We were visiting from Michigan, and this store was the closest place we could think of in a panic to bring our dog, as this is a pet store! We were treated like we were bringing in a plague, being pushed out, and given no support. The manager on staff should be trained better for any, and all kinds of interactions they may face. This was in the afternoon between 12:45-1:30 pm.
