    I was early for my appointment, the girl that was opening was rude. She made a comment that I was early and that she still had to set up. Then when she clarified the services, I said no to the deshedding and that’s what I have you down for. I said that’s NOT what I set the appointment for on the app. I don’t want it. Then she explained she just got back from an injury and if Ivy won’t let her cut her nails, they won’t be done. She said they have only been cut once, I said that’s not true. There was 1 time the back ones didnt get cut. She claimed Thats what her other girl told her. When I picked Ivy up, she didn’t look clean nor did she smell like she had a bath. I switched to this salon because of the other petco was the same way.

    Holly is the best Groomer!! She is caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable what is best for our dog. Every time I pick up Shelly from her bath I am always amazed what a great job she has done - Thank you Holly for taking the time and care to make sure Shelly has the Best Spa Day!!!
