All my concerns were addressed and staff members were patient with my very shy kitty. I also appreciated the check-in procedure. Knitty was brought into an exam room immediately and did not have to be around other animals!

Dr. Riffice saved my dog when she unknowingly had Addisons Disease, then a few weeks later went above and beyond to save my cat when he had complications after a urinary blockage. She truly cares for every animal like her own and will do everything in her power to get them healthy again. She is so knowledgeable in even the trickiest of cases. All of the techs are the sweetest as well. I will be forever grateful for all of them!

Is payment due at the time of services?
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If you are experiencing financial constraints and cannot pay your bill in full during your appointment, please discuss this with Dr. Riffice before any services are provided or medications are dispensed. Does my pet need to be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older?
Yes, all pets must be accompanied by an individual who is at least 18 years of age and has the authority to make medical decisions and provide necessary authorizations for treatment.
What are your lobby area policies?
For safety reasons, all patients must be kept on a short leash and controlled by someone at least 18 years old while in our facility. Cats should be secured in carriers whenever possible. These measures protect all patients, clients, and our staff. Please note that veterinary environments can cause stress for some animals, and not all pets are sociable or free from contagious conditions. For these reasons, we request that you prevent your pets from interacting with other animals in the lobby and common areas.
