When we had dropped her off the groomer had said he would “keep the length” and we thought her haircut would have cleaned her up and trimmed the length she had come in with but shaving the whole dog was shocking and unnecessary. My understanding was that the groomers here would give a breed specific appropriate cut but that is very much not what happened. Our dog has never come back from the groomer looking like this. Pics are before then two of after. I can’t recommend taking your dog here after this experience.
