Knowing what I know I will say this if you are looking to buy live animals (snakes, hamsters, etc.) I advise pretty much everyone to just buy from breeders or other places. They charge a lot for their animals and even for their regular items compared to other places. For snakes in particular I recommend anyone to buy from Morphmarket. Corn snakes and ball pythons can be found for cheap. And other animals I have found great success searching the web. By doing this I have saved over 70% of what I would have paid at Petco. In terms of service, they have decent customer service, no issues there. Just my honest opinion is that they charge way too much compared to other stores.
