She had horrible costumer service and does not know how to talk to people. Told me to keep my dog on a short leash like it wasn't already or like I didn't know how to control her, mind you I have a pug, so it doesnt take much to control her. My dog is friendly but not spayed yet (in a diaper). She went out of her way to ask if she was in heat and then went to make a comment to the owners in training of how she never took her dog out when it was in heat. God forbid I take my dog out to one of the only places where she can actually go. I'm sure no one ever asked Valerie if she was ever in her period. With that being said, I had to stop what I was doing and walk out the store.

My dog once very difficult to walk as she pulled and yanked every where is now walking with ease on her leash. Her attitude was lovingly adjusted with Val’s guidance we now use the same verbal commands. I think this was vital for training. My dog is adjusting well just as we are. Thanks to Valerie’s training instruction.

My two cats were together every day, all day. Evin's appetite has decreased by half of what he was eating. One of her picks worked like a charm, the others not so much. Losing a beloved pet is devasting to the owner & other fur babies in the house. I appreciated her empathy & understanding. My cat Dusty who died is missed greatly
