I made an initial appt with Cresthill Vet Center to get a physical and a rabies vaccine for my cat Mickey. I was told the fee would be $147.00. The vet tech was very nice and was great at handling my cat, you could tell how much he liked animals. Then Dr. Sukup came in, not super friendly and was clearly uncomfortable handling animals. She had me hold my cat while she injected her and then walked out. There was no exam done. Then I later received notice Mickey was due for a physical! Why wasn't the physical done with the vaccine? Why would I need to take her back a second time and pay for 2 separate visits?! This place is not honest or upfront with their fees and their vets don't seem experienced or friendly at all. Will not return.

I boarded my dog for the first time, although I e been bringing him for regular care for a long time. They are very friendly and helpful at the desk and the kennel employees are kind and gentle with the animals.
