  I did not appreciate Kate’s attitude on the phone when I called for a simple grooming. Her tone made it seem like it was an inconvenience that I called to schedule and informed me of the very lengthy waitlist. Will not be using their services and going elsewhere.

  Love the girls that work here along with the selection and help on choosing certain toys for the pups. Go here so much they already know what I will be buying! Great service!
