The techs and Vet were amazing 5 stars for them. The 2 stars is for whomever was supposed to add the record to the app and email me the results , still have not received them.. Auto chat was worthless

Vetco has very bad communications. I guess you get this for paying lower prices.

My dog was sore for almost 3 days lying in a an awkward position. This is my dog 3rd round of vaccinations and this haven't never happened previously. I called Vetco Hospital on Clybourn receptionist was ultimately rude and nonchalant. I had to call cooperate. Br far my baby dog worst vet visit.

The 1st time, they REALLY screwed up. I went down and they knew nothing about it. Dr. Beard and I had a consult. He said, come back Monday. So, I go make the appointment and we have this long discussion on using deferred interest. 8:15 am... So, we go back and they were very attentive in telling me what she was doing, what part of the teeth they were on and such. However, I was REALLY mad they messed up badly the 1st time and my review was REMOVED. I gave it one star and went very into why I was so mad. I would go 2.5 stars for manipulation of reviews, or condoning such. What you do if someone is that mad, is you hear them out FIX the problem (not try to blame the client, which REALLY makes me mad), apologize and find out how to fix it from their side. How to win customers and keep them for life. A book Read. I've never lied on a review, but dumb things should be accounted for and copped to. I'm against having reviews removed. Just fix the problem and you won't have to. I asked them to clip her nails and they were never touched, incidentally. I'll have to see if I was charged for it.
