- RSRenee Sutherland2 days ago1.0I have a one year old shihtzu and I took my baby in for a grooming appointment and the nasty people include the manager wouldn’t groom my dog talking about he tried to bite my dog never bite anyone if anything he tried to lick her hand so they would take care of my dog I would never come here ever again poor service even the manager

We used to go to Reena who was amazing but she unfortunately left the location so we struggled to find a person to Understand our girl Jack. In comes Jackie. I believe it was kismet that their names match, because Jackie was a dream. Patient, kind and wonderful!

I received a call to cancel my dog’s grooming appointment, which I understand—things happen. However, the way it was handled was completely unprofessional. When I politely asked if there were any other available appointments, the employee responded in a very condescending tone, as if I should already know the answer. It felt dismissive and unnecessary. Then, when they asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said I’d hold off for now, they abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Customer service should still matter, even when delivering inconvenient news. This interaction came across as rude, rushed, and unprofessional. Definitely not the experience I expected.
- MMMecheleMar 22, 20262.0I dropped my baby off at 8:30. Called at 10 am to see how she was doing and was told she would be ready at 1pm. I'm like okay, she's a husky that's a reasonable time to get her I arrived at 1pm and is told it will be another 30-45 minutes. It's now 2 pm and no one is telling me anything there is no one at the counter, everyone is grooming dogs or leaving their clients on the table. Then the person that is my baby's groomer tells me she had 10 dogs to do including mine and she's the only one that takes more than 5 dogs because she likes money. I'm like she has been here since 8:30 and I know she's tired, thirsty, and hungry so I won't get her nails done I will take her home now. The groomer stated my baby still wasn't done. I gave a 2 because she was nice and clean and wasn't as matted as she was when I took her there. She still need more hair to cut but she had been there too long.
