- APArthur PortoFeb 23, 20263.0My experience with the staff at the Orleans locations was overall a positive one. However, the entire reason that I had to book there was that the manager of the grooming center at the Roosevelt location made me pick up my dog 5 minutes after I dropped her off because “her anxiety was too bad and she could!’t be around other dogs”. This despite the fact that I have had her groomed at various Petco locations including the Roosevelt location and indicated when I made the appointment that she had anxiety. On top of that I had to reschedule the rebooked appointment from the following Wednesday to that Friday. The staff at Orleans though was very nice and did a good job with her.

We also love the drop in face and booty option to clean up between full grooms. Mike is amazing; he's so good with my dog who sometimes has cysts and matting and takes great care of her.
