I just wanted to say that I walked into this pet store yesterday confused, worried, and a little intimidated because I had absolutely no idea where to start. I ask for some assistance and was blessed with Connie! Man was she amazing!! She genuinely made me feel so prepared and confident to bring my kitten home! I now have everything I need and I’m so excited to bring my fur baby home all due to Connie’s wonderful help! I would 100% recommend this petco to folks! Thank you Connie!

It was insane and disrespectful to me because I felt like she could’ve pulled me a side and told me but instead she just completely refused service. My personal experience was with the young lady with piercings and colorful hair. And so I had no problem taking my dog home, I came back a few weeks later hoping it was just a bad day the first time but to my surprise she didn’t even acknowledge me so I’m assuming they just have something against me. Not only this but they left a note on my dog, I think they could’ve at least worked with me and spoke to me instead of immediately put a note in without my knowledge. I’m extremely distraught , and disappointed considering I come here all the time . I will never be coming again.
