  Absolutely love this place. Best money spent honestly when you compare their prices with grocery store food for cats. It literally comes out very similar in price, but you’re getting way more healthier food and fresh and honestly, I have noticed a difference in his coat. It is shier and it is just a softer and I wanna say his bowel movements have been improved. I think I found my new favorite place for my cat food. I do want to start doing supplements and stuff and I’ve noticed that this place has plenty of that as well, so I do plan on continuing to come back as my fur baby ages because I think this place has so much to offer. I would say make sure you know how many pounds exactly you want and how much your fur baby eats because if not, you might just end up buying a little too much and not knowing what to do (even to share might accidentally buy a little too much, my mistake not theirs) but the people that work here are absolutely amazing customer service 10 out of 10 100% recommend I’m mistakenly bought too much food for my cat so I do plan on making some goodie bags and sending some more people this way because I just know I can get so many people on this food and this place in general because her prices are just right and it really just beats having to go by generic cat food my baby sushi and I fully recommend this place. I do want to say he is about 4 years old and a picky eater, but he loves the food from here. He likes his food options here so I think the next thing after I go through all this food if I can might be a while before I can go back and visit sadly, but I do wanna go back and try their freeze stride snacks/treats and see if you’ll like them. He is not a cat treat person but that mainly applies to your generic pet store. I’m hoping it’s different trying something from here.

  I had a really great experience at this pet store. My husky had been struggling with allergies, and I was having a hard time finding the right food for him. Ewa took the time to listen and recommend an option tailored to his needs, and it made a huge difference. Since switching to her recommendation, my dog is no longer suffering from allergy symptoms, and his coat looks absolutely beautiful. You can tell she truly cares about the animals and knows what she’s talking about. I’m so grateful for the help, highly recommend Ewa, if you’re looking for knowledgeable and thoughtful guidance for your pet!

  I have been buying my 'doggie' food from Ewa Ryan, the owner, for over 2 years now. I was introduced to her store through a friend of mine. I learned that she gets most of her inventory from a family-owned company in Ohio. This food is NOT mass produced, and it is slowly cooked. She gets new batches every six weeks. My dog is a very energetic 12 1/2 year old and most people we run into think he is a puppy. So, I will continue feeding him 'Pet Wants' food so he keeps up his energy level.

  They’re simply the best! Ewa is so responsive and accommodating. Getting a puppy can be overwhelming, but they made it easy. I never had to worry about food quality, availability, or finding time to make it to the store. My 85 lb, 13 month old pup absolutely loves the food and is growing into a strong, healthy boy because of it. The first pic was from my first order when he was 7 months old. The other is him now at 13 months. Thank you PetWants Chicago North!
