Spent an hour getting to this store to be told they didn't have the vaccine I needed. I tried calling and even left a voicemail requesting information but never received a call back. Was told there is a vaccine shortage, it seems to be just Petco that is short. Additionally, was told that the store is responsible fo the call back but was also told that I need to call during Vet Hours, which aren't published. Seems nobody is taking responsibility within this organization.
