Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
Spent an hour getting to this store to be told they didn't have the vaccine I needed. I tried calling and even left a voicemail requesting information but never received a call back.
Was told there is a vaccine shortage, it seems to be just Petco that is short. Additionally, was told that the store is responsible fo the call back but was also told that I need to call during Vet Hours, which aren't published.
Seems nobody is taking responsibility within this organization.
