He was very patient and let me know that I have to cut their nails, dietary restrictions and needs, and was very knowledgeable on the pet buying process. I was also concerned about the source that the pet came from and he was very reassuring that the pet came from a reputable breeder, and was checked by a vet before arriving to the pet store. 10/10 recommend speaking to him!
