- KTKeon TurnerSep 5, 20251.0So my issue started when I miss read my text for my dogs doctors appointment I had originally scheduled the appointment at a known Petco with a doctor that I'm totally comfortable with and knows my dog personally to a store almost 45 more mins away from where I stay. So of course like I said before totally my fault I read the text wrong but arrived early enough we called the right petco and got it rescheduled for the next day 5:30 the lady said to which I agreed. So today is here I arrived at approximately 5:18 waiting at the front desk as workers walked by then five minutes later a lady comes and calls my dogs name I say yes and she says your a little late we will have to charge a late fee your appointment was 5:15 for which I was told 5:30 and got no notification prior stating the exact time I just took the word of the lady behind the counter because they were on the phone with other for quite some time. So now I sit waiting to talk to the manager (KELLY) about why she want to charge me a $120+ for being early to the time I was given and 5 past Walmart they said it was. Today is 8/5/25
