I get it’s how you guys make money but go be a sales person somewhere else where the health and well being of animals is not involved! Unbelievable. Overall not a great experience. The doctor wasn’t competent either. Test results took forever I was told the vet would call on monday to go over the results it’s Thursday and STILL nothing.

Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat, Sugar, after she suffered an asthma attack that she couldn't recover from. Her lungs filled with fluid due to her existing heart condition, and it was a heartbreaking but necessary decision to let her go peacefully at MedVet on Addison. I'm grateful that Dr. Henderson and the Vetco team, who had cared for Sugar for so long, didn't have to be the ones to put her down, as I know that's never easy for a long-term vet. I had been preparing myself for this moment because each visit to Dr. Henderson made it clear that Sugar’s attacks were becoming more frequent. In the midst of this loss, I decided to adopt a black kitten, as they are often overlooked, and I wanted to give one a loving home. I brought my new kitten, Raven White Toes, to Vetco, and they’ve been wonderful in starting his care. I also want to give a heartfelt thanks to the Vetco team for the beautiful sympathy card they sent after Sugar passed. It meant so much to me. I've been with Dr. Henderson for several years now, and truly appreciate all the care they provided to Sugar. I look forward to continuing with them as Raven White Toes grows up. I'll definitely update once we complete his neutering at Vetco. Thank you, Vetco, for being such a compassionate and supportive team.

- PPParisNov 8, 20255.0I took my cat to see the vet for a checkup. We saw Dr. Henderson and techs Laura and Lydia. Everyone was amazing. Very nice and kind which made the appointment go smoothly. My cat, though he was very nervous, was relatively calm with them and they were gentle and kind to him. I loved our visit and am looking forward to his next visit!

I took my two kittens, who are sisters from the same litter, in for a check-up, but the clinic refused to see them because they were traveling together in the same large carrier. As littermates, they are much more comfortable and less stressed being together, which is why I transported them that way. However, the clinic's policy is rigid and does not seem to accommodate the fact that they are young, bonded siblings. I understand the need for certain guidelines, but this felt unreasonable and unnecessarily stressful for both the kittens and me. It’s frustrating to see a lack of flexibility when it comes to the well-being of pets.
