I usually get my fur baby groomed here and they usually do a great job but this time around they nicked my baby so many times in different places and the groomer swelled his paws so bad from trying to clip his nails that she couldn’t finish his front two paws. I have to bring him back for his other two paws!

- TMTavi McNeilAug 1, 20252.0I mean, the staff in the grooming area is very nice, and I don't want to take away from that. It's just that I am not happy with how my dog was brushed down. I told the groomer that I would even pay extra for Bruce (my dog) to be brushed down really well because he is going through a tough shed. I’ve been to other Petcos, and this request was honored (especially the one on Diversey), and he was brushed down very well(you could tell the groomer took their time). But when I arrived to pick him up, I could tell he wasn’t brushed down the way he should have been, and his hair was just all over him. I could tell he was clean and his nails were buffed, but the brushing is huge, and I ended up going home and doing it myself, which defeats the purpose. The tech told me she had three brushes and a comb, but I don’t think this was used on my dog at all. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location because I really needed something done and was assured it would be, but here we are. I’m really just not satisfied with this at all.
