Worse experience save your time and money and find another place they don’t value your time and care for your pet. since the moment I got there I had an 8am appointment, so I got there 7;45 because I value everyone’s time so Zoey the groomer was there and she asked me if my dog was Barbie and I said yes this is Barbie and she right away said that the manager was running late that he would be there around 8:30, mind you my appointment was at 8am asked so can I leave Barbie with you and she said no because someone else can steal your dog I was okkk? so how long would it take you to groom my dog I asked and she said about 2 and half hour I was concern because I had some where else to be around 11:30 so i told her ok I’ll come back can you call me when Robert the manager gets here so I can bring her and I went about to do my things, it came 8:30 , 8;45 didn’t hear from them so I decided to go back and Robert opened the door and find Zoey sitting and the desk and she/he goes I’m glad you here , she asked me about Barbie’s vaccination proof I handle it to her and she said that is was not enough and brought the manager and he said that the proof works so she goes I didn't know we can use that I’m sorry and she goes shows me a carpet to show me how short she can get Barbie and I said the shortest the better and she show me how short she recommended so I could tell at this point she was not trained and didn’t want to do Barbie’s hair by her responds, but thought it was just me thinking…so I gave her the chance when I should’ve had walked away. So they call me an hr later telling me that I had to pick Barbie because the could not do her head and were afraid of Barbie biting them so I get there Robert the manager who offered to give me 25% off earlier because he was late saw me and walk away, I get my dog she was so distressed , nicked skin from the clipper and had the worse haircut 😞I had given haircuts my self and I do a better job then what they did to Barbie. She was supposed to to get her nails and a bath which she didn’t get and they were like you should take her to Higgins for that kind of case and I was ilike what kind of case? And she said when dogs don’t allow groomer to do their head I was ok what bout her foot and nails, and bath I told Zoey since this morning you did t wanted to do her hair but is ok thanks, and she said you don’t have to pay, the audacity of this called groomers.

Just picked my dog up who was not only there for a 3hours , she was scheduled for bath ,deshedding and trim. She only received the bath ! When waiting to hear back from them a groomer assured me she was ready and just needed to have her butt trimmed . When we picked her up she didn’t have anything trimmed , and the groomer told me because she was a junior stylist she couldn't trim her. I was still charged the full pricing of all 3 when she only bathe her something I could have done at home at my own doggy wash. Now my golden retriever is still hairy and has grinch feet
