- LDLaura DillardJul 5, 20231.0If could I give a negative score I would. My groomer Cassie was HORRIBLE. She cut a patch out of my dog's hair and covered with a bow. My dog nails were not trimmed at all. She came home with dracula length nails still. If she was not familiar with small dogs she shouldn't have attempted to groom my baby. I'm so disappointed because now I have to take her somewhere else to try to correct this AWFUL MESS DONT use CASSIE if you want a proper grooming.
