I pressed on the app that I was on the way, 10 minutes prior to me arriving. Once I arrived, no one came out so I went inside the store and the rep told me I still had to wait in line. While I do understand having to wait in line for a pickup, I don’t understand why no one came out and why I had to go inside the store when it was supposed to be a curbside.
