I have never been so rudely ignored in my life. You would have thought I was invisible… I walked in to see three employees right away. They look at me, one rolled her eyes and keep talking. Next I was looking at the fish food trying to debate what would be best. A guy walk to the aisle across from me and looked then walked off quickly. The cashier was probably the worse. She rang up my cat while talking to her coworker, not acknowledging me at all. Then tore off the receipt but did not extend her hand. I walked off. I’ve been to this location once before and I don’t recall them being this rude. I won’t be back.

Took my dog in for his vaccinations and was able to get everything he needed in one affordable package. Mia was incredibly accommodating and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful. I have been going here for years and the employees are genuinely wonderful people and I feel lucky to live so close to this well run store.

The staff always makes me and my dog feel welcome. There are plenty of people around to help. I also come here for grooming and wouldn’t bring my dog any place else.There prices are better than other pet stores. We took puppy training here as well. The trainer was amazing. My puppy gets excited every time he sees her in the store.
