    They have the worst customer services, you can call as many times as you want, but no one ever picked up the phone. This is not acceptable I wanted to speak to a person not a machine.

    You are better off ordering your dog food from Chewy, as they are kind and compassionate and genuinely care for pets and customers. An associate named Oscar berates women pushing them to tears at this location. If your job is customer care, you should CARE about customers and their pets - especially an elderly and medically complex dog. Petco, do better and stop hiring employees that hate people to work with people.

    Cashier was rude, had irritated /frustrated tone . I was being polite and trying not to let his bad attitude affect me, but eventually asked him to stop with the bad attitude , to which he replied “ I don’t have time for this today.” He then told another cashier to take care of me, who was pleasant and helpful. I just don’t appreciate people taking out thier bad day on me when I’m running errands/ asking for help. It’s not courteous and I shouldn’t feel like I’m bothering someone when they’re job is to help.

    Worse store ever and the reason why I stopped ordering from Petco. Placed my order only for it be delayed and never received. Canceled and placed again only for the same thing to happen. spoke to Oscar who Instead of answering my questions directed me to customer service. Customer service had no information and directed me to the store. The people at the store were lazy and rude. Finally found someone who would contact the store for me and the store people Nora and Monserrat were no help. Monserrat hung up on me. Monserrat herself stated the next stop would be to contact customer service for information on what was going on with the order. Customer service made it clear that they had no information on my order or that it was even packed and that they could just cancel and place the order again. I asked what would stop my order from having the same thing happen again. I wanted to know why did this keep happening to my order and how to get in contact with the 3rd party and have this not happen again. Monserrat chose to hang up stating I am yelling. I stated I wasn’t yelling. She stated how I wasn’t accepting help and I stated she offer no help and that my question and issues have not been addressed. That ignoring my questions and the facts won’t do anything but cause delays. She hung up. Now my cat has no food even though I’ve been trying to place this order for days now. I never go through this with PetSmart and only came back to order at Petco because it was cheaper there.
