  First time going to this location to attempt to get my dogs 2nd vaccine and the lady i dealt with at the check in podium was rude and when I asked simple questions she cut me off and wanted to rush through the questionnaire at check in just to tell me I couldn't get my dogs vaccine that day.. I wont be returning.

  My experience with Cynthia in grooming was oddly rude. I say oddly because it was our first time at this Petco and we had no prior history with this groomer. Her demeanor was aggressively disrespectful towards and creepily nice towards my pup calling her nicknames again like she knows us, to the point where you would’ve thought her and I had some sort of history. If I could give her 0 stars I would! I asked her questions about the add on I choose when booking online and she was soo annoyed as if I should already know the ins and outs of each of their services. I had to explain to her that I’m not the “professional” groomer here that’s your part to play.. Cynthia kept insisting I buy my dog anxiety medication because of a note left two years ago about he being anxious (as a puppy who had been harmed during a grooming apt before I might add) from a Petco in an entirely different state. Then Cynthia proceeded to say that one of the two options tend to make dogs more anxious.. when I questioned that statement she got upset saying it’s just like we get high.. then tried to backtrack that statement as well. Very unprofessional and just very odd. I explained to her the things groomers have told me since 2024. Which did not align with the note because of old it was. She didn’t care her attitude got worse. To keep a long story short I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot, I went back in and told her never mind. I didn’t NOT feel safe with Cynthia and the other reviews here warn about her as well. Took my pup else where, and made sure to ask about how my pup did in detail they loved her and when I explained to them my experience here with Cynthia they were in disbelief! I also want to say that the front of house staff was amazing. Very kind very helpful very reassuring!

  Great. Small store but still had all of our Cat food and other supplies. Parking behind the building was easy in and out, always a space available.

  There was no one at the register when I was ready to check out. I understand that the clerks could be helping other customers. I suggest maybe having a buzzer or bell when assistance is needed.
