Sometimes we get her their frozen chicken and rice - which they make in-house. Really friendly staff and easy parking in their lot. Stop giving Chewy and Amazon your money and buy local and buy direct.

You should be able to tell a customer how many cups of each protein recipe equals a certain number of calories. Ask your corporate office, or Google it like I did. This food is not cheap, it's the least you can do.

My puppy was put on a prescription diet and Paul walked me through the steps to submit the vet authorization to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about my puppy’s special dietary needs and took the time to explain everything to me. When I went into the store, the team member was just as wonderful as I was greeted warmly by Sydnie who immediately offered assistance. What truly stood out was her genuine enthusiasm and the time she took to answer all my questions. It’s great to have such passionate team members like Paul and Sydnie who provide the best customer service to their customers and furry friends!

They are passionate, well informed, and so eager to help-- it's truly inspiring. I started with some of the vacuum packs as a sample and my dog LOVED it. Trying to budget and get things together to make this his almost exclusive food, along with some whole food additions I can do on my own. They told me they also do custom plans that can be coordinated with your own vet. While everyone was great, Castor was the one who helped me my first time in and really made me feel welcomed and supported. The other rep and the assistant manager were just as awesome and empathetic tho. Will be buying supplementals at the very least!
