If staff is unable to cover breaks, the hours that they’re open/closed need to be posted and consistent. A real pain to lug our dog and baby just to see they’re closed for 25 more minutes.

My dogs are much more excited for their food, and their poops are much healthier (sorry for the TMI). Highly suggest trying out their treats or food!!

And despite signing up for their loyalty program MONTHS ago and making consistent purchases, I just learned that I have zero points. How???? And the associate just said they don’t know why and they don’t know how to help me. Switching to a different service immediately.
