I always feel completely confident leaving him there, knowing he’s in great hands. One thing I really appreciate, especially compared to other groomers and big pet stores, is that my dog isn’t stuck waiting around for 4+ hours. The turnaround time is reasonable, and the photo updates they send are a thoughtful touch. It’s always reassuring (and fun!) to see how he’s doing. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so kind and patient, and they do an amazing job—clean, fluffy, perfectly trimmed, and always happy when we pick them up. You can tell they truly care about the dogs. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I like the balance between having them do the washes, cleanings, trimming etc and then allowing us to use their space for our own washes. Their setup is perfect for animals whereas our bathtub at home is a disaster. We can do the washes ourselves in about 30 minutes and leave with a clean pup and no mess.
