Awful. Messed up my dog stool sample results and my daughter’s dog. They never called to tell us it was positive and they needed antibiotics. Everytime we have minor things like a shot or still sample for daycare they charge for a full visit. Can’t make sn appointment and walk out spending less than $300 All they care about is overcharging people.

I had a really great experience at Bond Vet in Wicker Park. The entire team was incredibly patient and understanding, especially knowing that my dog Chicken struggles with anxiety. Both the vet and the vet tech were amazing — calm, kind, and very, very good with him, which made such a difference in helping him feel safe. They took the time to walk me through everything and provided so many helpful tools, guidance, and support so I can help Chicken continue working toward being happy and healthy. I truly felt listened to and cared for as a pet parent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable team!

Took care of my cane corso and made my day and starting her recovery as I speak and the doctors did the unthinkable for me it literally brought tears to my eyes and I officially love this place and I highly recommend for the love of your pet

Awesome experience, wish there was more parking around though but the inside looks nice and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with everything. I also like how bond vet always breaks down cost and asks before proceeding with anything in medication and even works with you in finding alternatives as well to save money. They are true friends for pets and pet owners.

I've been taking my dog here for years. Everyone working there is very friendly and welcoming. I never wait for more than a few minutes and the doctors and technicians are thorough, they ask questions and listen. Exams and vaccines typically take less then 30 minutes.
