A few weeks ago, I brought my dog to Bond Vet after she experienced sudden facial swelling, head tilt, and neurological symptoms including drooping on one side of her face, eye, and mouth. Instead of discussing neurological causes such as a stroke, I was told the issue was likely a possible oral infection or foreign body. I was asked whether she had eaten something unusual and was prescribed Clavamox, Gabapentin, and another medication. I was then quoted approximately $1,900 for further diagnostic procedures to examine her mouth. Given her symptoms, the explanation did not feel consistent with what I was observing, so I sought a second opinion. The second veterinarian immediately assessed her condition as a stroke — a diagnosis that aligned with her symptoms and was later confirmed. No foreign body or oral issue was found. Two weeks later, I returned to the second vet to rule out the possibility of a mouth issue entirely. There was none. I am deeply concerned that a neurological emergency was not discussed or considered, and that I was directed toward costly procedures that would not have addressed the actual problem. Had I not sought a second opinion, my dog may not have received appropriate care in time. I cannot recommend Bond Vet based on this experience.

Most incredible vet visit I've ever experienced. The staff was wonderful; from Emily warmly greeting my dog and me, to nurse Katie and Dr. Lam giving the most considerate and personalized care, it was remarkable. I'm so thankful and appreciative to everyone who helped us, and I highly recommend Bond Vet to anyone who's looking for exceptional care for their pets.

This place will rob you blind ! They charge $165 for a cytopoint injection. My dog has gotten this shot at Vetco, Banfield, and Wrigleyville Veterinary for $85. They literally doubled the price! DO NOT GO THERE ! My dog needed it so I had to pay the price but I will never go back . People were nice and friendly but sorry your prices are beyond unreasonable.

I take my cat here when necessary because it’s extremely convenient however, I prefer my primary vet over this place, which happens to be in Minnesota. This place offers great care and expertise however, it is just extremely expensive. I do feel like they nickel and dime for every single thing during a visit and always require a follow up visit where you end up spending more money during the follow up. I have also had two times where they either forgot to trim my cats nails or said they weren’t able to. Overall, this place is just OK and it gets the job done, but I only go here when it’s extremely necessary. Everything else like my cats annual exam and dental cleaning, I bring to my favorite vet in Minnesota, which is a fraction of the cost

Poor poor service I’ve spent over $2000 dollars trying to figure out why my dog continues to get ear infections for me to walk out not knowing the underlying issue my $400/$500 every visit my most recent visit I took my baby for ear cleaning and and nail clipping for them to not wanna touch him and sent me home with supply’s to do it myself and I still end up paying the price as if I paid the service for them to do it then I give a bad review the manager calls me to resolve the issue and that was to come back in and pay for the treatment all over again but I must sedate my dog first before he comes in then proceed to ban me because I’m mad that I have to keep spending money only for them to not know why his ears get infected so often 0/10 not recommended at all
