  This past Sunday I lost my best friend, Milo. Milo was a rescue, my sweet old man. When I first brought him home, I could tell our journey would be challenging but beautiful. He was always so loving and would always come looking for me the second I got home. The past year I noticed his change in behavior. All he wanted to do was sleep. My sweet old man was living in pain but held on to life.. for me. Benfield Pet Hospital, well the staff there, were amazing. They saw me distraught and comforted me. At no point did they rush me. From the second I called to see if I could bring Milo there, to the second I walked out their doors. They made the hardest day for me, just a tad bit easier. They ensured me that we were in good hands and I thank them for it.

  0/10 do not recommend this location. I could write an essay about the issues I encountered with this location and the monies wasted but I’ll summarize it, there’s negligence and/or incompetence when it comes to some of the staff members here. Including the site manager. When I reached out to Banfield via the customer service phone number they informed me that I needed to speak with the site manager. I left several request for the site manager to call me back, they never did. At my final appointment with this location, I asked again for a message to be left. The gentleman working the front desk offered me an opportunity to speak with the “lead tech”. I informed him I wanted to speak with the site manager, in which he informed that the site manager was not in but also that they would not talk to me. Almost as if the site manager leaves customer issues to be handled by the “lead tech” and ONLY the “lead tech”. I opted to speak with the lead tech but not before informing the front desk individual that I would be contacting corporate regarding that encounter as well as several other encounters with this location. My experience with this location was so bad that I turned off auto renew with Banfield and have opted to complete the remainder of my plan at another location. Hands down 10/10 with this the new location. The communication, the effort to understand your concerns, the thoroughness of the exam, as well as taking time to demonstrate how to use certain medications for your pet.. 10/10.
