    SCAM! Banfield hospital is running a free coupon program for a free vet visit. What they don’t tell you is when you arrive at the location they will say they’re no longer accepting the coupon. I went to 3 locations they all said the same thing. On top of that I called prior to confirm the coupon was valid and mysteriously you can’t get anyone on the line. TAKE YOUR PET ELSEWHERE! waste of time!

    The customer service representative was rude and no polite. Despite of that I went with my dog in order to see the doctor but I was not able to talk to the doctor. The technician took my dog to her. The technician was really helpful, educated and polite.

    Wonderful experience at Banfield in South Loop. Staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jantzi called me to inform me with every step they took to take care of my cat! I knew he was well taken care of! Pick up was smooth and staff was so friendly from start to finish! Great experience! Thank you Dr. Jantzi and Banfield team!!!!!

    Very disappointed with my experience. I received a call from a Banfield representative who said my appointment had to be canceled due to a past-due balance. I assured her I would get the account number that same day and fully settle the balance, and asked that my appointment remain since it was going to be paid anyway. She repeatedly refused without giving a clear explanation, only saying she “couldn’t do it.” As the call went on, her tone became rude and dismissive. I explained that this appointment was the only time I had available to drop off my dog to see the doctor, but she showed no empathy or willingness to help and denied the appointment again. I understand policies, but the lack of flexibility, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude were extremely frustrating. This experience made me feel like a loyal customer trying to resolve an issue didn’t matter at all.
