  Hi, My Name is Bryan Victoria. I say this veterinary is, if not one of the best I’ve ever been too! They give you the best recommendations for your best friend! They saved my Dogs life with their amazing team that took action immediately and did surgery on my best friend, they gave the best reasonable price for it too! VetBond is not only a veterinarian place but a community that offers care and support for your best friend! 100/10!! Will be coming back for anything! The team is caring,resilient, and although obstacles may appear they will handle everything to their best of their ability! Thank you VetBond for saving my best buddy Jack! We are grateful to you all!

  After having some less than ideal experiences with other vets, I decided to try BondVet in Wicker Park and now will never go anywhere else. My dog has a lot of anxiety about going to the vet, and the whole staff has been patient and kind to him every time we go there. Specifically Alexis, Lisandra and Dr. Fitzsimmons always go above and beyond to make sure that he is comfortable. Even after we leave the appointment, Dr. Fitzsimmons follows up personally to make sure that he is doing ok. Bringing him to the vet used to be a nerve-racking experience for me, but BondVet has made it something that I actually look forward to when it is time for my dog to have his regular visits. Thank you!

  I went to BondVet when my cat was dying and they did everything right. I could list all of the things they did, but it wouldn't accurately capture the compassion and grace I was shown. After she died, they let me bring her in so I could find a place for her to be buried. They let me stay in one of the exam rooms for a time and several workers came in to talk/check in. Every person I interacted with was extremely kind, beyond anything that one could expect. I had a day's worth of advice via texts, several phone conversations, one vet exam, an hour or two worth of exam room time spent mourning, pre-burial holding, and a paw print, and the total cost? $0. They didn't charge me anything when they easily could have. I still would have given them a great review, but this was above and beyond. They helped my best friend and I during an extremely dark time, and I'll never forget it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all.

  I don’t know what it is about businesses not wanting to actually speak on the phone anymore but when I first called just to ask some questions about services, I was immediately speaking with AI….. Then, when I asked to speak to a person, it put me on hold for a few minutes and went to voicemail. Disappointing.

  **Compassionate Care & Zero Pressure If you need a vet in Wicker Park, go to Bond Vet.** Their customer service is superb, and the atmosphere is so welcoming for both pets and owners. I was seriously impressed by how the vet spent so much time explaining options without any of the typical "up-sale" pressure found elsewhere. They even honored a free first visit promo and sent us home with everything we needed for my dog's health. Magnificent staff and total peace of mind. **Highly recommend for wellness exams or urgent care!**
