I complained and was told that they couldn’t trim further because they would cut the quick. The last time I was there, I complimented them on what a great trim it was possible to trim them shorter. The blow dry I paid extra for was inferior because my dog was still wet when I left. I’ve made multiple phone calls asking for the manager to call me and she has not. This is a week ago. My concerns have fallen upon deaf, ears, and customer service is quite poor.
