  Every single time i’ve gotten fish from here they have all died when i take complete proper care of my fish every time i get them and take appropriate steps before adding them into my tanks and they either have died or all had issues and i’ve had to return them! their store also smells like dead fish in their store every single time as well! don’t go here hope this helps ☺️

  The products are perfect. The staff however, this one girl with long brown hair is very rude. I came in just getting some things for my new kitten and wanted to price match a few items, the cashier rushed me through the process and only after price matching one item told me the total and rushed me out the door. Like dang, a girl is just trying to save a penny. Help me out. But this other staff member, who was the reason I was asking to price match in the first place, was extremely nice and very accommodating. I wish I got her name but thank you for the help girl.

  Animals need water. The cages are a mess. The poor fish! Why is a bird $1200? He was so stressed out and lonely 😭
