I can not recoment this place less. We have been going here for about 2 years when we moved to the area. We had a senior cat (16 when we moved here) that was on monthly Solilque injections. 9/10 we were never seen on time. Which is something we were willing to overlook because they have a lot of vets availible and are close to our house. We have since added 2 more cats and 1 dog to our home who we are moving to a different vet after the treatment of our senior cat. We took her every 6 months to get bloodwork in order to evaluate her kidney levels. She was in stage 2 when we checked her in February. We checked her again over the summer and never recived a call updating us on the status of her levels. When I came in later for her monthly shot I asked what the levels were ( I had assumed she was at the same stage since I had heard nothing.) I was told that night she had progressed to stage four by a vet tech, not even the vet. I was given no other information other than she was in stage 4. After some googling I found that the average life expectancy for stage 4 kidney disease in cats is about 1 month. We had noticed her acting slower but overall she was the snuggly loving cat we have always had where her favorite thing to do was sit on you and get pets. In conclusion we paid $400 to this vet in order to get her bloodwork and another $100 for her monthly shot while they knew she had less than a month left to live. When we brought up that they had never given us any notice the vet stated "I have in my notes that I called you" When I asked her what she said she says " I dont know but I called you and left a message" I asked if they dont have the policy to call back if the owner doesnt reach out because your messages you have left in the past dont include medical updates. Her response was "No I called you I dont know what you want". I have lost all faith in this vets office and if their terrible time management wasnt bad enough they do not care to make sure that patients are informed about bests steps.

Sometimes the wait to be seen is a little long. The care is exceptional, though. Dr. Linton is excellent with explanations of the plan of care.
