They just care about money here. They don’t care for animals. They refused to treat my dog and let him suffer and die next day. Instead of caring, I was met with attitude and disrespect. Take your animals elsewhere.

We have taken all our pets there for years. Vets are very knowledgeable and recognized if they can't help then send you to someone that can help your pet for surgery or advanced needs. Great place.

We have used Belleville for a few years. We have 3 dogs, so we go regularly. Today my pup had to be unexpectedly be euthanized due to being super sick. She was only 8, my husband and I beyond devastated. The older lady vet, who smelled terrible like cigarettes was so uncompassionate and just super rough around the edges. Multiple times she used “slang” words in which I had to ask her what they meant. The time comes for my pup to be put down and after sticking my suffering dog at minimum of 6 times and my pup is bleeding all over I asked her to get someone else to try. She then says something under her breath and rushes out while slamming the door and the gate. This was while I was crying hysterically and my pup was literally dying on the table. The male vet, came in and got her 1st try and ended her suffering. Even then I wanted to hold my dog and let her fall asleep before they stopped her heart. But because of the lady I didn’t even get to look my pup in the eyes while she went. The tech was also lovely and compassionate.
We will be back to get my pups ash’s. But I will literally tell everyone to avoid this place due to the older lady that we had to deal with.
Such a traumatic experience for an already sad day.

I've had most of my pets established here, but each visit has shown me something different. My 14 year old Shepherd was a patient here. He came for a final visit where he was diagnosed with cancer. The vet who saw him was Janet Linton. The most uncompassionate vet I've ever experienced. Made my dog feel like a pile of rotting flesh. The way she reacted to his tumor and uncontrollable drooling made me despise her and I will FOREVER! The tech that euthanised him was so kind. Wish I knew her name, but the world could use a vet like her. Janet is a disgrace! After he passed, I stayed here to get my Great Dane treated for heartworms. Despite the unwelcoming vibes the staff and front desk staff always projects, I stayed. Bad choice! They gave me a print out of a bill costing nearly $2000 for her treatment. I started the long dose of doxy. After that, I called to find out next steps and the attitudes were as if I WAS THE PROBLEM for trying to get my pet treated. It's not like they courtesy call to ask "hey, how's it going? Is she ok? The next step is this." NO! You have to hunt them down to find out what to do next, and something as serious as heartworm treatment, you'd think they'd give at least 1 damn about following up! Most heartless clinic ever. I'm permanently disgusted! Just leave customers hanging and that is exactly what will end your long term run as a clinic. Established doesn't mean permanent. I'll never recommend or bring so much as a stray skunk to this place. You people are absolutely the worst office to be trusted with beloved pets. I hope you know that and I hope others take caution. It's hit or miss here. Mostly miss! Re established my pet elsewhere. And I'm sure they'll do follow up calls and not treat dying pets like a hazard!
